Terms of Service

EZ Buddy helps you create, discover and join real-world activities ("opportunities") with people near you. We provide the platform; we do not host, supervise or take part in any meetup. Meetings happen between users, offline, at their own discretion.

You must be at least 18 years old to use EZ Buddy. You must provide a valid email address and accurate profile information. One account per person.

• Be respectful. Harassment, hate speech, threats or discrimination lead to an immediate ban.
• No spam, scams, phishing, or commercial solicitation of members.
• No illegal activity, weapons, drugs, or adult content in opportunities or chats.
• Show up if you commit. Repeated no-shows lower your trust score and can restrict matching.
• Report users and opportunities that break these rules using the in-app report action.

You own what you post (profile text, photos, opportunities, reviews). You grant EZ Buddy a limited licence to display it inside the app while your account is active. Do not post content you do not have the rights to.

• Meet in public places for first meetups.
• Tell a friend where you are going.
• Check verification levels and reviews before meeting anyone.
• Never share financial details, OTPs or passwords with other members. EZ Buddy will never ask for them.

We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account any time from Settings → Delete Account; we remove personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal or safety reasons.

EZ Buddy is provided "as is". We are not liable for the conduct of users or for anything that happens at a meetup. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to ₹100 or the amount you paid us in the last 12 months, whichever is lower.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Himachal Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced in-app. Continuing to use EZ Buddy after a change means you accept the updated terms.
